Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth from new and existing clients.
- Drive sales for digital media services including paid media, social media marketing, SEO, and website development.
- Align with marketing and delivery teams to optimize offerings and value delivery.
New Business Development
- Proactively identify high-potential clients through market research and outreach.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline and manage the end-to-end conversion process.
Client Expansion & Upselling
- Deepen relationships with existing clients to increase lifetime value.
- Identify and pitch cross-selling opportunities across the agency’s service portfolio.
Strategic Partnerships
- Establish alliances with complementary service providers and industry players to expand reach and opportunities.
Revenue Analytics & Forecasting
- Track revenue metrics, pipeline velocity, and deal flow to forecast accurately.
- Use insights to adjust tactics and support data-driven decisions.
