Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ads Strategy & Execution
- Campaign Planning: Develop, launch, and manage high-performance ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (Lead Gen, E-commerce, App Installs, Awareness, etc.).
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Platform Knowledge: Stay updated on Meta platform changes, ad formats, and best practices.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
- Creative Briefing: Convert campaign objectives and audience insights into detailed, actionable briefs for the design team.
- Concept Development: Co-develop engaging ad concepts and visuals tailored to each stage of the funnel in collaboration with the content/design team.
- A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different creatives, formats, and messaging to optimize performance.
Client Communication & Handling
- Client Interaction: Participate in client calls and meetings to understand their goals, present performance updates, and align on campaign direction.
- Reporting & Insights: Share regular campaign reports and insights with clients, including performance metrics and creative learnings.
- Expectation Management: Set realistic expectations with clients on timelines, results, and creative processes.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and integrate client feedback into ongoing strategy and creative improvements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the design/content and performance marketing teams, ensuring seamless workflow and shared understanding of campaign goals.
- Creative Feedback: Use performance data to provide clear and constructive feedback to the design/content team to improve future creatives.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation
- Targeting Strategy: Create and refine audience segments using Lookalike Audiences, Custom Audiences, interest- and behavior-based targeting.
- Retargeting Funnels: Build and manage full-funnel retargeting strategies to maximize conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Data Analysis: Interpret campaign data to inform optimizations and creative iterations.
Campaign Budgeting & Scaling
- Budget Allocation: Manage daily and monthly ad spend efficiently across campaigns.
- Scaling: Identify top-performing campaigns and scale them while maintaining strong ROAS.
Innovation & Learning
- Trend Awareness: Keep up with Meta trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging creative strategies.
- Testing Culture: Drive a culture of experimentation with new ad formats, messaging styles, and funnel tactics.

- Achieve and maintain high ROAS and low CPA.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and clear reporting.
