The Brief

Tech Mahindra Foundation is the corporate social responsibility arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, a Mahindra Group Company. The Foundation has been working tirelessly in the areas of education, employability and disability, with a keen focus on corporate volunteering. It operates across twelve locations in India. TMF wanted an agency to help them improve the presence of their flagship skill development program called Smart Academy.

The Challenge

The foundation was targeting to attract not-so-savvy users through the digital medium. In the case of non-profits, we had the additional constraints of marketing spends, getting stakeholder buy-in and creating an online brand from scratch.

Our Approach

We decided to create an independent website for SMART Academy, instead of using the landing pages on the parent TMF website. We combined it with effective Search marketing – SEO and Paid Ads. We also worked closely with the TMF team to win the Google Ad grant, to significantly bolster marketing resources.

Over the last 2 years, the results have surpassed our own expectations. With thousands of new enquiries being generated from their digital marketing platforms, this project has become a runaway success.
