The Challenge
With many important annoucements and launch events, SDGCC’s existing website vendor had failed to deliver a high quality website. The key challenge was the urgency with which SDGCC wanted their website to be launched, in time for key offline events.
Our Approach
We adopted an Agile methodology for website development and design, breaking down the entire project into weekly sprints. Each sprint had clear goals and outcomes, which led to a predictable development cycle. All client changes and briefs were thus accomodated in real-time, leading to top class customer satisfaction.
The Results
As we had allocated a special, dedicated resource on this project, the result was spectacular. Within 2 weeks of project kick-off, we were able to completely redesign and develop the organisation’s website. Our Wordpress Website Development Teams were on close standby to incorporate changes and briefs from various non-profit and governmental stakeholders, to deliver a website which satisfied the entire team.
