FutureDocs Abroad is a US-based company designed for high school and undergraduate college students to gain hands-on, small-group experience in the medical field with unprecedented access to gross anatomy, surgery, and the shadowing of doctors. It was a very successful campaign for us as an American organization reached us for their marketing. They wanted us to generate more inquiries from their different digital platforms. Our main objective in this project was to run Google ads, Facebook ads, and to generate inquiries for them.

The main challenge that we faced was in the team coordination due to international time zones. Another major challenge was to identify the market. Since the target market was foreign, we initially faced some difficulty in identifying their needs and forming strategies.
Having a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals has always paid off. We built a special team for this project who was constantly managing coordination with FutureDocs. AB Testing was done based on the clientele. We also did in-depth keyword research for their ads and wrote some simple yet engaging ad copies which led to massive inquiries in a very short period of time. All this helped us achieve results that were so much better than what we anticipated.
In just 2 months, we were able to generate almost 2000 inquiries for them at one-fifth of the original cost. Their marketing was on point. We spent 10,000 dollars in the media spend for them and helped them build out the complete online funnel. Inquiries were in such a great number that it became difficult for them to handle them and eventually the campaign was put on hold. As an agency, it was a successful campaign for us.
