Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Drive sales for digital media services including paid media, social media marketing, SEO, and website development.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.

Client Engagement

  • Reach out to prospects, introduce agency services, and understand their marketing needs.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls or meetings.

Sales Conversion

  • Pitch digital marketing solutions tailored to client goals.
  • Coordinate with the pre-sales team to develop proposals and close deals.

Target Achievement

  • Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track progress and work proactively to overcome sales challenges.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to deliver client expectations.
  • Provide client feedback to help refine service offerings.

Market Awareness

  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends, industry news, and competitor activity.
  • Use insights to improve pitch effectiveness and identify new opportunities.
