Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
  • Drive sales for digital media services including paid media, social media marketing, SEO, and website development.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and proposal phases.

Proposal Development & Pitching:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct needs analysis and ROI projections for clients.
  • Lead pitch meetings and effectively communicate value propositions.

Revenue & Performance Reporting:

  • Track performance against growth targets.
  • Provide regular reports on lead status, deal closures, and revenue forecasts.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and service delivery teams to ensure alignment on client goals and timelines.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions.

Brand & Agency Promotion:

  • Represent the agency at events, webinars, and industry forums.
  • Promote the agency’s capabilities and success stories through strategic channels.
