Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Acquisition

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online research, and industry events.
  • Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients to introduce the agency’s services, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

2.Sales and Negotiation

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

3.Relationship Management

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with existing and potential clients to discuss their needs, provide updates, and gather feedback.

4.Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical departments, to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Project Briefing: Provide clear and detailed project briefs to internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.

5.Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

6.Customer Feedback and Improvement

  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and improve service offerings.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use client feedback and market insights to continuously improve and innovate the agency’s services and approach.

7.Training and Development

  • Team Training: Mentor and train junior business development team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in business development and digital marketing.

Goals and Objectives

  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management and service delivery.
