We are seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and strong visualization skills to create compelling graphics for social media and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to translate brand messaging into visually engaging content, ensuring consistency across all digital and marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Graphics & Content Creation
- Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop visually appealing posts, stories, banners, reels, and motion graphics. – Ensure brand consistency across all designs and adapt creatives for different formats and platforms.
- Marketing Campaign Design
- Create graphics for online and offline marketing campaigns, including ads, promotional banners, email creatives, and website assets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop visuals that align with campaign objectives and brand identity.
- Design event-based creatives, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Aesthetic Understanding & Visualization
- Translate ideas, messages, and marketing objectives into visually engaging designs. – Have a strong sense of color theory, typography, layout, and design principles to maintain brand aesthetics.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize creative visuals that align with current design trends.
- Creative Conceptualization & Ideation
- Work with the content and marketing teams to develop engaging concepts for social media campaigns.
- Create mood boards, visual storyboards, and design mockups to present creative ideas. – Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Motion Graphics & Video Editing (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Create basic motion graphics for social media.
- Edit short-form video content using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and business development teams to execute campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high design quality. – Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or social media-focused role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign):
- Strong understanding of aesthetics, composition, typography, and brand identity.
- Excellent visualization skills – ability to conceptualize and bring ideas to life.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Basic experience with motion graphics/video editing (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in social media marketing, branding, or advertising campaigns.
- Experience working in digital agencies, startups, or marketing teams.
