New Business Acquisition Executive

Key responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement & Requirement Discovery

  • Conduct structured discussions with prospects to understand business goals, challenges, and expectations.
  • Act as the first point of consultative interaction representing the company’s value proposition.

2. Proposal Coordination & Deal Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals, presentations, and commercials.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment of proposals with client requirements.

3. Sales Process Execution & Funnel Movement

  • Drive prospects through defined sales stages, from initial discussion to closure readiness.
  • Ensure smooth progression of opportunities without pipeline stagnation.

4. Client Communication & Follow-Ups

  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Execute timely follow-ups to move conversations toward decision-making.

5. Negotiation Assistance & Commercial Discussions

  • Support pricing conversations and scope clarifications in coordination with the Founder.
  • Address basic objections and escalate complex negotiations when required.

6. Sales Documentation Management

  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, proposals, deal stages, and client notes.
  • Ensure data hygiene and reporting readiness for management review.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with marketing, performance, creative, and operations teams for proposal inputs and feasibility checks.
  • Ensure client expectations are aligned internally before deal closure.

8. Revenue & Closure Support

  • Support monthly and quarterly revenue targets through active deal ownership and follow-ups.
  • Assist in closing opportunities by ensuring all dependencies are addressed.

9. Market & Client Insights Sharing

  • Share feedback on client expectations, objections, and market behavior with leadership.
  • Contribute to improvement of sales pitches and service positioning.

10. Process Compliance & Sales Discipline

  • Adhere to defined sales processes, communication standards, and reporting timelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and brand representation in all client interactions.
