Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various platforms.
  • Campaign Planning: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including setting objectives, target audience, budget, and timelines.

2.Content Creation and Management

  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and original content for social media channels, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and identity.
  • Content Calendar: Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to schedule posts and ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Multimedia Production: Collaborate with the design and video teams to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

3.Engagement and Community Management

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify the brand’s reach and engagement.

4.Analytics and Reporting

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights from analytics to refine and improve social media strategies and campaigns.

5.Research and Trend Analysis

  • Market Research: Conduct regular research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Trend Identification: Identify emerging social media trends and incorporate them into the brand’s social media strategy.

6.Paid Advertising

  • Ad Campaign Management: Collaborate with the paid media advertising team in executing the campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the advertising budget effectively to maximize ROI.

7.Collaboration and Coordination

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated social media efforts.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on social media performance and discussing strategy adjustments.

8.Crisis Management

  • Issue Resolution: Monitor and manage potential social media crises, ensuring timely and effective resolution to protect the brand’s reputation.
  • Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans as needed.

9.Learning and Development
