The Brief
NIIT Foundation has been running very innovative projects in schools and colleges for students suffering from severe disabilities such as MS, paralysis, blindness and others. The foundation has done exemplary work in the skill development and employment of such students. They wanted a marketing agency to help script, conceptualise and produce effective videos to showcase their work.

The Challenge
The Foundation’s implementation partners were located in different parts of India – Delhi, Pune and Vadodra. We had to organise shoots in 3 different cities and capture the essence of the entire project through 3 short films.
Our Approach
We started by first conceptualising the video films, closely working on the script and storyboard. Detailed planning was done to prepare the candidates, school children suffering from various disabilities, their parents and teachers, to identify their struggle, their stories and how NIIT Foundation, with the help of various funding and implementation partners executed their teaching programs to make these kids self-reliant. For executing films in Vadodra and Pune, local teams were hired to ensure perfect execution. The project in Vadodra comprised of a Digital Bus Classroom, hence we decided to use drones to capture the footage more effectively.
The Results
The end result was impactful and highly appreciated by the NIIT Foundation team and the core stakeholders such as their funders and implementation partners.
