The Brief

Treatment Surgery India is a medical tourism venture started by three industry veterans. They wanted to run digital campaigns in overseas locations of Africa, Middle East and Southeast Asia and showcase India’s health facilities to an international audience.

The Challenge

This Indian startup was bootstrapped in an industry where giants spend millions of dollars in online advertising. We had to compete with the top hospitals, clinics and medical professionals, all running digital ads in their target locations, to generate leads from the same audiences.

Our Approach

We used compelling copywriting and website design principles to design persuasive landing pages at a fraction of the cost of large agencies. At the same time, we designed effective search advertising campaigns and display campaigns to target audiences at lesser budgets.

The Results

We worked on the project successfully for over 2 years, and delivered high value leads to the client from countries such as Nigeria, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Dubai, Qatar, and many more. We ended up designing a large directory based website for the client, which we will discuss in a separate case study!
